DISPATCH OF GOODS
All paintings and prints will be dispatched immediately, you will be informed if there is any delay but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. Questions regarding the delivery of items should be directed to Adrian Sykes using the contact details on the website.
SECURITY
Credit card transactions are handled by the Paypal.com secure sever system. For further information regarding their terms please go to www.paypal.com.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If the customer is not satisfied with the painting or print they have purchased please contact Adrian Sykes immediately. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged during transit we will make every effort to replace or repair them as necessary.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. You have the right to return your goods within 7 days after you have received them and a full refund will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, explaining the reason(s) for their dissatisfaction. Please ensure that if the painting or print is returned it is dispatched using the same materials and insurance as it was sent. The cost of returning the goods must be met by the customer.
